1. Service Guarantee
• Free repair within 7 days.
• No refunds once service is completed.
2. Appointments
• Please notify us if you are running late.
• Appointments may be canceled or rescheduled after 15 minutes late.
3. Media Use
• Photos/videos taken in the salon may be used for marketing & social media purposes.
4. Gift Cards
• Non-refundable, non-exchangeable, and not redeemable for cash.
• Lost/stolen gift cards cannot be replaced.
5. Health & Safety
• We do not serve clients with suspected nail diseases, open wounds, infections, or poor health.
• For diabetic clients: please inform us when booking. We do not cut cuticles for your safety.
6. Personal Belongings
• We are not responsible for lost or damaged items.
